Just a quick follow up note to my post yesterday regarding HDN and his escapades with one of his ex-girlfriends. I have kind of been rattling it around in my head why him treating anyone, especially someone that cares for him so, would bug me, and I have something to add to it...
He won't shut up about it. I get it, ya haven't had sex in awhile. Join a club. Some people choose not to have sex for whatever reason. In HDN's case, it's because he's creepy. I've seen his 'go-to' move(s) at the bar on a Friday night. Creepy with a capital K. More importantly, just a rule I learned a long time ago and one I will pass along to all my friends, family and anyone else that will listen. Here it is:
A gentleman never talks
Pretty simple. For me, whatever happens in my bed is my business, and what happens in yours belongs to you and that person. Some people just share way too much. Stick with that rule above and you're on your way. Also, none of my friends talk about their girlfriends or wives. Why? Because they respect their relationship and that is something that none of the guys I know talk about the sex with their lady. A one night fling? Maybe, but that's stuff that gets talked about in the under-30 crowd. Well, HDN is an outlier, but I think that just proves my point, doesn't it?
I need a job.
