Everybody Gets Clowned

I had to get out of my house today. It was too stifling on my creative brain. More importantly, HotDog Neck won't shut the hell up. Ever just want silence? Or tired of hearing the same droning voice over and over and over again? Welcome to my house, 24x7. You'd think the guy gets paid by the word, or he's been watching too many of those 'Most Interesting Man in the World' commercials and think that it's him. It ain't, believe me when I tell ya.

So where am I? Easy, up the street at Starbucks. Why? Well, first HDN (HotDog Neck) snagged all the coffee this AM before I could rattle my old bag o' bones to get to the pot. Realize that in my house it is a 12-cupper....who the hell drinks 12 cups of coffee in one morning? It's not like he's an Air Traffic Controller (bonus points to you if you know where the quote comes from) or driving across state lines hauling cement/dirt/produce/hippidyhops. So I left to get a cup of coffee and get out of my habitat. Which in case you haven't figured out, I hate. The moment I gets me a jobby-job, I'm getting me an apartment all to myself. Serenity Now!!

Now, the title of this post, why? Easy, I'm getting the strange feeling that I might never want to be a boss, like, ever. I'm at a Starbucks and just spent 5 minutes out of the corner of my eye watching 3 grown ass women completely clown this guy that came in for an application, then they tore up their boss. Hilarious. For Real. All I got out of it was that the guy had come in and said he was a Master Barista at some other place. Bad idea-they ripped this clown apart, from the hairstyle to the tone of his voice to the whole 'Master Barista' thing. Which was awesome, because there was a rap involved. And it reminded me-when haven't I ripped and/or cloned a boss? How about never. I love to roast people in authority. Or people who think they are in authority. I would have mocked this guy endlessly, too. Relax, bro, it's a freakin' Starbucks, no one is Master here. Wouldn't you have the Star Wars, Superman, Chicken George, Karate Kid and maybe even The Last Dragon references locked and loaded? Oh, maybe it's just me, then.

Oh, and the big boys start playing football tonight! Sorry if you're a Vikings fan. Here's my take on the game for Brett Fav-ruh:

Happy Thursday!
