and again and again

So, again, the job hunt is a bit slow. But I've devised a plan!! I should actually write down what the heck I'm going to do for the next day. I know, I know, novel concept. I'm going to have to force myself to get into a groove. Now to the news:

While my favorite college team is and always will be Syracuse, I've always had a soft spot for Wake Forest and Xavier. Well coached, well recruited, and one glaring connection-Skip Prosser, former head coach for both. Coach Prosser passed away last year, in his mid-50's. I always liked the way he ran his programs. Well, apparently I'm not the only one. Wake and Xavier have just signed a 10 year deal to play each other in memory of the Coach. Well done, and it kind of gets you in the ol' ticker, too. On top of that it should be fantastic basketball, so we as fans win, too.

Now this is just dumb....way to divide up the constituents. I'm sure even the white people in South Carolina are thinking, "Really? And here I was thinking this whole racism wound was going to be closed in the next few years"...morons in politics just seem to go together like beer and pizza, I swear.

And in case you didn't hear, Tom Daschle took himself out of the running for that cabinet position. The President has stated that he made a mistake. If he were W he'd have been fileted on TV by the media. You know it, and I'm damn certain of it, too.
