just stuff

Hello to all 4 of my faithful readers. I don't have a whole bunch to report, other than to tell you to look out next Monday for a review of who's done what in Free Agency in the NFL.

Brett Favre is retiring, now who will John Madden, Chris Berman, and Peter King get to fawn over? My bet is they'll be blowing the Manning Clan and Brady for the next 5 years. Great, now I get to get sick of Tom Brady...I don't think so. God Bless the mute button on my remote.

In political news, Shillary won big yesterday. And I love that SNL lambasted so-called journalists for their kid-gloves treatment of Obama. Maybe now someone will ask him "HOW?" he plans to change the world. He wouldn't get my vote regardless, but anyone that wants to send more money to the UN definitely lends no credibility in my world.

This election will once again come down to a puke-fest. By that I mean, would you rather puke on your shoes or in your mouth? That's what all of these candidates have going for them. I'm not intrigued by any one of them. And it would be so simple to run their campaigns:

Shillary: "I Made a mistake staying with that schmuck, it was for political reasons, I'm sorry. I do crave power and think I can lead this nation to the promised land. My opponent has no political clout, he's brought nothing to the table as a Senator, but keeps mentioning change." Pretty easy to me.

Obama:"Do you want it to stay the same? How's it been for you in the last 20 years with either a Bush or a Clinton in the White House? Vote for Change (pause while fat white woman faints in the background)". Done and Done.

McCain: (seriously, this guy should just take off his shirt and show the scars from when he was a POW-can't get much stronger of a message than that) "Look at my economic policy, it's more money in your pocket and less government. We screw everything up, look at Social Security! I don't want us to give away Health Care, because it means less options for you and more money out of your paycheck. You earned it, so you keep it!"

And to think, not one person has called me to help their campaign.

Happy Wednesday!
